With over four decades of experience in executive search and recruitment within the Marketing, Communications, and Sports sectors, I remain actively engaged in placing Director and CEO-level candidates in senior industry roles across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

As a steadfast champion of inclusion, diversity, and social mobility, I guided f1 to achieve B Corp Certification in 2021.

I co-founded two groundbreaking social change programs: NoTurningBack2020 (2016), which aims to elevate the representation of Black, Asian, and minority ethnic communities to 20% in senior leadership roles within the Communications, Marketing, and Sports sectors; and Back2businessship (2013), designed to support senior-level parents returning to work. My expertise also led me to contribute to House of Commons Select Committees on Gender Pay Gap and Flexible Working policy reviews.

Having founded f1 in 2004, I managed its acquisition by PartnerWise Collective in May 2024. I also proudly serve as a Patron of the National Youth Ballet of Great Britain.
