I have a strong foundation in Psychology/Neuroscience, research and data analysis. Following a successful academic career and the publication of my BSc and PhD research, I transitioned into talent acquisition and intelligence.

More recently, I have also begun training as an Integrative Psychotherapist, further deepening my passion for understanding human behaviour and the mechanisms of positive change. I am particularly passionate about the psychology of high achievers and value the unique exposure to leadership and excellence that Executive Search provides.
