Chris Cooper.

With 15 years in the talent industry, Chris specialises in helping organisations build the leadership capability needed to scale, transform, and succeed. His experience spans executive search as well as RPO/in-house roles, supporting early-stage disruptors, PE-backed growth businesses, and large multinational corporates.

He has delivered leadership hires across a diverse portfolio of sectors, including industrials, consumer goods, technology, pharma/med-tech, and financial services. He was mostly recently Global Head of Research at Wilson Executive Search, where he built a high-performing insight function while leading major client accounts and mission-critical executive searches around the world.

He is passionate about partnering with clients as a strategic advisor and believes in building long term relationships, helping to shape talent strategies that drive performance.

Outside of work, he loves cooking for his family, planning the next holiday adventure, and exploring the outdoors on long walks.
