I am the joint originating founder of the global talent solutions firm and non-executive chair of trustees, director and shareholder of various other businesses.

My career spans over 40 years. The first 10 in Retail, and the following 30 in growth leadership and execution roles with Global Executive Search and Talent Firms focused purely on Consumer Brands, Retail and Sport.

A path where I have been fortunate enough to turn around the performance of two businesses and for the last 13 years start and substantially grow PartnerWise in readiness for the initial sale to Newmore Capital in March 2022.

Apart from leading the growth, I have had the pleasure of advising and assisting many customers located across the globe in finding top talent, creating solutions to challenges, and delivering stretching aspirations.

All thoroughly enjoyable experiences from which many long-standing relationships have been forged and I am delighted to say I still support them to this day.
